How My Journey Began

IMG_5245.jpg

I began working in the treatment field in 2011. In 2017, I completed training to become a certified addiction counselor (CAC). During the last 9+ years, I have gained hands-on experience and knowledge within the treatment community through roles such as a certified addiction counselor, admissions coordinator, assistant program director and business development coordinator. In 2018, I successfully completed intervention training.

My passion for working in this field came from my own personal experience with substance abuse (in long term recovery since July 2009). My desire is to share what I have learned, personally and professionally, with individuals and families affected by addiction so they can gain the knowledge and resources to be successful in recovery.
